Kathy Belanger

With more than 40 years of experience supporting educators and educational organizations, Kathy has dedicated her career to creating meaningful professional learning opportunities. She served as Executive Director of the California Reading Association from 1982 to 2023 and has also served as the lead event planner for The SIOP Institute, building lasting relationships with educators and school districts across the country.

Today, Kathy serves as Chief of Educational Partnerships and Operations at Seidlitz Education. In this role, she works closely with school districts and educational partners, oversees key operational initiatives, and helps ensure the successful planning and delivery of professional learning experiences. Her deep knowledge of the education community and commitment to exceptional service continue to strengthen Seidlitz Education's mission of supporting educators and improving outcomes for multilingual learners.

Kathy lives in San Clemente, California, with her husband, Bruce. The couple recently celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary.
