
Aloise Miller
Educational Consultant
Aloise Miller has dedicated over 35 years to multilingual education, serving diverse student populations across the United States and abroad. She began her career in California as a Migrant Education teacher working with farmworker communities. In 1991, Aloise joined the Peace Corps and traveled to the Kingdom of Lesotho, where she served as a Primary Resource Teacher. In this role, she supported and trained primary school teachers in seven remote mountain villages.
After returning to California, Aloise worked as an ESL teacher, providing instruction and support to Southeast Asian refugee students and families. In 1998, she relocated to San Antonio, where she spent 15 years as a Dual Language teacher and 10 years as a Bilingual/ESL district specialist, supporting educators and advancing effective practices for emergent bilingual students. She joined Seidlitz Education in 2019.
Aloise remains deeply committed to expanding educational opportunities and improving outcomes for multilingual learners and emergent bilinguals. Her passion for lifelong learning continues to guide her work as she seeks innovative ways to increase access, equity, and academic success for all students.
