<h3>What is this training about?</h3>Strategic by Design is a systems-based training that helps district and campus leaders design, strengthen, and sustain multilingual programs with intention. Grounded in the Six Pillars framework, this training supports leaders in aligning compliance, instruction, staffing, professional learning, family engagement, and graduation pathways to improve outcomes for multilingual learners.In addition to systems design, Part II includes newcomer support and acculturation, focusing on how schools can intentionally orient students academically, culturally, and socially when they first arrive.
